Low Rate CRE operates under Central Avenue Capital which was started to help real estate investors obtain competitive financing for Industrial, Retail, Office, Hospitality, Multifamily, Residential Rentals, and Short Term Rentals. CAC’s focus is helping the client shop around for the best rates and terms available in the market. CAC has built a large database of lenders and has built relationships with many of these lenders. The financing sources include Banks, Credit Unions, Private Lenders, CMBS lenders, Life Companies, and others. CAC has invested in the best technology they could find to quickly obtain quotes from lenders and to quickly get the financial package to the lenders. Prior to submitting the loan to the lenders, CAC prepares a lender presentation that explains the deal, the property, the property’s debt service coverage, the guarantors, and why it makes sense for the lender to approve it.

Ty Keffalas - President
Ty’s background includes over 20 years of banking/lending experience which includes his prior roles as a Commercial Lender, Residential Lender, Private Banker, Financial Advisor, and other roles. Ty has a degree in Finance from the Ohio State University and an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University. Ty understands Commercial Lending and he has worked for various size banks from large banks to small banks.
